The experience of our personnel is paramount to our success.
- Dimensional Measurement System for Automotive Airbag Diffusers
- This on line system measured seventeen critical dimensions on airbag diffusers. The system utilized both digital and analog camera technology to determine the accurate measurements of both Two and Three Dimensional contours. The system relied on multiple lighting strategies and image acquisition techniques.

- Three-Dimensional Profile Measurement System for Railroad Rails
- On-line system for 3-dimensional profile measurements of railroad rails to an accuracy of +/- 0.010" at a line speed of one hundred and eighty (180) feet per minute. Eight (8) laser line generators produce a structured light profile line around the rail. Ten (10) cameras acquire images of the laser line profile. The profile images are calculated and translated into 3- dimensional coordinates. The dimensional coordinates are reconstructed in computer memory to produce the a complete 3-dimensional profile of the rail.

- Three-Dimensional Measurement System for Steel Plates
- On-line system for measuring the width and camber of steel plates to an accuracy of +/- 0.010" at a line speed of one hundred and eighty (180) feet per minute. The system incorporates four cameras and four light line generators to acquire the images. The images are calculated and translated into 3-dimensional coordinates. The dimensional coordinates are reconstructed in computer memory to produce the a complete 3-dimensional profile of the steel plate.

- Surface Wave Measurement System for Ceiling Tiles
- This on line system was developed to measure wave distortions in the surface of ceiling tile. It allows engineers to determine the effectiveness of modifications to the drying process by measuring the amplitude of the waves to +/-0.005”. Under certain circumstances the drying process can create waves in the ceiling tile surface that were large enough to warrant a sanding process. The sanding process waists a great deal of product. With this system the engineers are able to identify the culprits of the waves and eliminate the sanding process. This system has been installed in Europe and the United States.
