Phenomenon is a packaged system that links video event recording and data logging into a single application.   Phenomenon can be setup to acquire video in a loop, then, when a triggering event occurs, a user selectable segment of the video can be saved to disk.

Triggers can be digital or analog inputs (threshold) or large changes in the video scene.  Selected digital and analog (MAX scaled) values can be displayed in the video for frame to frame evaluation.
